Should teachers be required to pay union dues? Buena Park teacher takes lawsuit to U.S. Supreme Court [OC Register, 1/26/15]: A group of California public school teachers petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday to hear a case that would decide whether public employees should be required to pay union dues.
The case is Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association. The case is being taken by the Center for Individual Rights. You can read about the case on their website:
